This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all payments made through the Durosport Play platform operated by DC Sports Infrastructure (“Durosport”, “we”, “us”). All payments are processed through Cashfree Payments, a Reserve Bank of India (RBI) authorised Payment Aggregator.
This policy is published in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and the requirements of our payment gateway partners and the Google Play Store.
The Durosport Play platform processes the following types of payments:

If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charge will be made. After the trial converts to a paid subscription, the standard refund policy below applies.
If you downgrade your subscription plan (e.g., from Pro to Essentials), the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the difference in plan pricing during the current cycle.
Important
Student coaching fees are set by the Academy, not by Durosport. The Platform acts as a technology facilitator for fee collection. The contractual relationship for coaching fees is between the Academy and the student/parent.
To request a refund, follow these steps:

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a decision within 7 business days.
Refund is processed
If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days via Cashfree Payments.
The following are not eligible for refunds:
If you believe a payment was charged incorrectly or without your authorisation, please contact us at info@durosport.in before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will investigate and resolve the issue within 7 business days. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in temporary suspension of your account while the dispute is under review.
